Reset your Blackberry mobile browser
For Blackberry OS versions 4 and 5
- Open the web browser and press the menu key.
- Scroll down and select Options.
- Select "Cache Operations".
- Select "Clear History". Then select "Clear" for "Content Cache", and "Clear" for "Cookie Cache".
- Press the back button. You will see the message "Cleaning memory".
- Press the back button again to return to the browser. If it's already showing the page you want, be sure to reload it by selecting Menu, then "Refresh".
